Many of the “value-added” features you may expect as extra cost options are already included at no charge in our “Deluxe cabins”, such as:

high efficiency 3Ht insulation and hybrid wall construction, metal roof with warranty, natural insect repellent added to exterior stain, shutters, cosmetic dormers, insulated windows, Amish crafted exterior and interior doors, Amish crafted kitchen and bathroom cabinets, 1 loft with loft ladder and loft end window, 200 amp electrical service and receptacles, light fixtures, ceiling fan, kitchen and bathroom plumbing fixtures (plumbing hookup is buyer’s responsibility onsite), full architecturally designed Kentucky Industrialized Building Systems (KIBS) approval
