A: This approval is subject to a rigid application process and ongoing inspections during construction, ensuring that the model meets the current Kentucky-adopted building codes. A. We deliver the fully built cabins on a custom trailer which can place the cabins on a foundation or piers or pad. It can deliver up to a 40′ long cabin. Delivery includes required wide load permits and escort vehicles to meet state requirements during transport. We can deliver them about anywhere, if the road is wide enough (15′ access) and no obstructions above (15′ high with cabin on trailer). Steep unpaved grades or loose gravel or dirt is possible for delivery, if buyer arranges and pays for local bulldozer standby during delivery. With our standard 4WD delivery truck pulling the delivery trailer, mud is very bad, as is loose gravel, loose dirt, or any ruts in road.

Deluxe Cabins feature the hybrid wall system, 200 amp electric package, kitchen, bedroom, loft, dormers, and bathroom.
We deliver the fully built cabins (either Deluxe or Basic) on a custom trailer which can place the cabins on a foundation or piers or pad. It can deliver up to a 40′ long cabin. Delivery includes required wide load permits and escort vehicles to meet state requirements during transport. We can deliver them about anywhere, if the road is wide enough (15′ access) and no obstructions above (15′ high with cabin on trailer). Steep unpaved grades or loose gravel or dirt is possible for delivery, if buyer arranges and pays for local bulldozer standby during delivery. With our standard 4WD delivery truck pulling the delivery trailer, mud is very bad, as is loose gravel, loose dirt, or any ruts in road.

And if your needs are in between, our cabins are fully customizable to meet all your cabin needs. We even offer our “Olympic T” combination of any of the 5 standard models, which joins together 2 of our cabins of your choice for more square footage! Beautiful and durable eastern white pine comes from our Amish sawmill and is used from floor to ceiling, including bathroom and kitchen cabinets, exterior and interior walls and doors.
